The tribes will always file suits against the examination of any remains found and insist on instant reburial since... their entire legal claim rest on the “we were created here” arguement. If they were exposed as not being either indigineous or had been preceeded by another group now extinct, then they would be saying good by to their special rights, income tax exemptions, and casinos... shudder.
