Well, darn. Pippin only posts on her breaks. How can an employer, even a gov'ment one, tell you what you can or cannot do on your breaks?

Some of them are saying that using the terminal for personal websurfing, even during breaks, is theft of company assets.

Its his computer and he most likely has one of those "Key Stroke programs" which records all one activities. I would not even luke at work!
