Sure they hand out life sentences with no chance of parole for at least 10 years. A habitual criminal tho can be held forever. Trouble is, they have to keep killing people before they are labelled habitual. It's mushy if you ask me. I do remember when we had the death penalty but Liberals don't like that ya know.
