I wonder how Mexico ended up with decent zip and Chile got nada?
I checked Southside's ordering page and they only deliver in country...is there some law about getting foodstuffs into other countries, I guess?

Yeh, most countries are pretty sensitive to what foodstuffs you bring in. When you travel to Chile, you have two papers to fill out before arriving; one is your immigration paper for your temporary visa and the second is an aggriculture questionaire, where the ask you specifically if you are bringing in munchies, animals, etc.
The wifey still smuggles stuff she can't buy down here, like chocolate chips for cookies. Sure would hate to see her doing hard time in the carcel for smuggling chocolate chips!
