lol - It is one of the Jim PATTISON group Companies. It started as a BULK FOOD store and the shoppers were always allowed ONE extra scoop of whatever they were buying, but were not charged for the extra scoop. That is how the store became the OVERWAITEA STORE.!! It's actually a GREAT store!!
