I just saw Paul Newman on the tube, he's 78 years old.
You may have a lot more miles left to go than you thought.

I was in pretty good shape till in my 77th year...That's when most everything started falling apart or wearing out...
I know an ex RCAF guy a few years older than me.. He is still going great physically, don't know about the wimmen part...His wife is younger than he is and in much worse shape....Who knows how things all play out...
