I had a chance to read letters in the 1800's how spouces and children addressed each other.
My dearest Abey or My dearest Son from a fahter etc. In those letters many cherish their relationship of family and friends!
Today we are so uncouth or indiferent.
Men are annoyed at women always talking about feelings or like me poking fun at the males (which I am sorry) etc.
All of this could most likely be avoided if we were honest in our civility towards our followman!
It is a fine line of where kibitz and crassness cross.

Don't know what to say Restie, except I guess times are different.
Some guys and gals don't have a problem discussing such things .. others do
My feeling is .. if they want to great .. if not .. that is fine to.
We are who we are .. it's not right or wrong .. it's just the way we are.
As long as folks aren't complete jerk offs (~cough~ like my brother very example) then everything else will fall into place
