Lingering in earthly rooms to spy upon and gossip about living relatives and witness their grief and turmoil is not Heaven. Grief is for the living, not for the dead who are washed clean by the blood of Christ. He went to prepare a better place for us.

Still, one may wish to linger a bit, to see loved ones, visit favorite places before moving on.

My hard drive got completely nuked by whatever that attack was we had last week. Had it reformatted yesterday but then Cablelynx went down before I had the updates of anything loaded. I tried to get in on dial up last night and couldn't even get a login page to FR or even latest posts. Nothing. I feel like somebody pulled my lifeline. Cablelynx came back up this morning but I am not able to connect. Neither is Budge. We're on the same network. He has a guest who can plug his laptop right into the router and connect with no problem (that's what I'm on at the moment). Meanwhile, the one person who might be able to fix the problem isn't around, so I don't know when I will be back again. Needless to say, I'm not having a good day.
