Anyone have any hints on how to put a toilet back on??

Be sure to get a new wax sealing ring. They don't come with the toilet, but it will definitely leak at the floor if you don't use a new one.

I don't need a new toilet .. the plumber guy was just trying to get me to spend more money .. like when he was trying to sucker me into a yearly plan for an extra $100

One thing that ticks me off is when guys like this try to take advantage of me because I'm a women .. he didn't listen to a thing I said

I worked on it some more without taking the toilet off and I think I almost have it fixed
