Those are looking good! I haven't started baking yet, but will get started in a couple of days. Since I don't have my new range installed yet, I'll have to use the existing one. It is so small, I had to buy small cookie sheets for. Last year at Thanksgiving, I could hardly get a 13# turkey in it, and had to remove the middle rack, so it sat on the bottom rack. Forget about putting anything else in the oven while the turkey was roasting - I used an electic countertop roaster for the ham.

Just got back from the store. This town doesn't have anything! The macadamias I've got are awful (well they're edible, but not the best), but does anywhere in this entire town have decent macadamias? Nooooo!! Oh well, I guess I'll just have to make do. Grrrrr..... Back to the kitchen!
