I signed up Babe.. and I have an unlisted # down here, and they still call me.. lol.

You can't win.. At least now I give them a lot of crap, like how did you get this #, and it usually gives them pause and shuts them up.. lol.

Me, I never signed up on any 'no call' list. I figured I can handle it myself. After all, I do have an answering machine. I have never got that caller ID thingie, though.

Anyway, when a telemarketer calls and talks in person, I tell them I am not interested. If they persist in talking, I scream into the telephone receiver, loudly. And if the call is from one of those automated ones, and I answer...I just lay the phone down and let them waste their time and money. LOL

We use caller ID, and never answer if it comes through unlisted.

We must screen out over 100 calls a day. It's annoying to say the least.

Whenever I have to give a phone number I normally give the number to my 2nd line, I turn the ringer off and the answering machine on .. just in case it's an important call

After awhile they stop calling
