I think the future of this country is either a Socialist Police State or the utter chaos of armed war lords...

There is all this talk of a democracy...The USA started out as an Republic and has been going downhill since the War Between the States...

My folks never had a phone in their whole life and there was no e-mail back in WWII days....I got leave to bury my Mom , pay the bills and settle things up since I was the only one left to do it....

Nope ... people do like their freedoms ... many are opening their eyes to what is happening and it's just a matter of time before everyone does

There is hope for us West ..

I agree. But, must I remind you, of all people, that it was the War of Northern Agression. LOL

Yes, Lincoln kept the states together, but he surely did put a dent in our freedoms, as a Republic.
