And replace the words in the quotations with the image URL

Yep pokeyjoe has you on the right track. You have to have the picture uploaded to some webspace first. Or you can link to someone else's, but for instance if you link to someone on tripod.com or another similar web hosting service, FR can easily cause that person's site to exceed its bandwidth by the number of downloads of that picture it's going to get. So I usually put the pic up on my own ISP first.
