This is the latest in a long line of frustration for me which began in February with a perfectly innocent phone company switch. The latest is that the morning after I submitted this complaint, the collections company called me and said the "best we can do" is get my disconnection charge dropped to 200 bucks. I flat out told them I was going to give the BBB 30 days to solve the problem before I called a lawyer.
