Yup. That's one way.

Another way to do it is to go into the "Documents and Settings" folder on your C drive, find your user name, open the Cookies folder, and delete the cookie...if you can find it. Some people have thousands of cookies, and many don't use the same name as the offending site.

Microsoft will put multiple copies of the cookie in several different folders.
