Good Evening All-
That kind of coin will purchase a very nice, fast, competent used motorcycle. I can't determine the demographic to whom the scooter manufacturers target their advertising? I simply do not see any advantages to owning them over a motorcycle, save for smaller parking space required.
A friend of the family just sold a showroom quality, white-glove-clean 1991 Kawasaki ZX-6 with 12,000 on the odometer for at least a grand less than the MSRP for this scooter. It'll run for years and offers much greater transportation flexibility.

Hey - I've seen that faggy thing before!
I scraped one of them off the inside front fender of my Harley. Thought I'd run over a beer can, but it was just a Vespa, so no damage done.
I have no idea if there was a Metrosexual Girlieboy attached to it, but what was left of the seat was a bit greasy.

It *could* be land luge, bobsled style, but that's a wild guess.
Incidentally, I kinda liked that Vespa.
I quit big bikes after 3 nasty scares: nearly meeting the back end of a gravel truck, and 2 adventures with pea gravel on a paved road. Talk about riding on ball bearings!

If it gets you where you want to go, enjoy & ride safe.
This pic looks like skateboarding while playing 'johnny ride the pony'. :-)
