I'm having a hard time believing that a foreigner would use the phrase "inbred hillbilly".

Here in the south however, you hear it fairly often.

I just went through a bit of that Forum.

Tone sure sounds like EOM. As I go further back in time, Anoush gets a bit more polite. All the later stuff is pure hateful invective. Also, Anoush was born in Detroit and lives in Florida per one message. That fits as a reason why EOM would be in Detroit over the Holidays to visit family. Liberal use of AmeriKKKan also fits very well.

That said, the person doesn't appear to be a Muslim. One message said that "all the genocide was done by Muslim Garbage". Perplexing without reading more.
