...freeze dried packing... ...another good idea. Thanks!Just bought a Tilia (sp?) vacuum sealer and a dehydrator. Can dehydrate food (apples, etc) and they keep for a year. Vacuum sealing extends this 3-5x. Do a 'net search if interested. Vacuum thing $100-300. Dehydrator about $150.
