I lived in upstate N.Y. for 41 of my 46 years. I have many family and friends there. Does anyone know about fallout patterns? Do you think it would reach as far as upstate?
When you say "it" are you talking about fallout? the blast itself? The answers to those questions depend upon where upstate you are referring to.
