When we had the blackout in August, wasn't our entire section affected? I also remember seeing somewhere on an FR thread a list of power outages by date. In retrospect it seems that the one we experienced was the dress rehersal for a full blown outage of an entire section when compared to the individual location outages listed.

I still wonder about the 3 Norad sections. I am going through the thread from several days ago when the Air France plane was escorted to LAX. I think the Norad map was posted on that thread.
