Did you see this? -- If you click on "weblog" at the "about" at twexus
http://www.twexus.com/?f=mai you get:
http://www.nj0y.com/bspace/twexus/ January 1, 2004
"'free republic'
art, misundertood
again & again: twexus will randomly assign an image to ANY word you type in.
You look for something, you made a connection. Only terms with violent or sexual connections will be deleted, to keep 'twexus' out of the gutter as much as possible. For terms terms the images will change. "
The "art misunderstood" links to THIS thread.
I also tried, anyone can actually change what word is associated with a picture.
Say you type in Daleel:
http://www.twexus.com/?f=sea&text=Daleel Double clicking on the picture gives you a larger version, with a line underneath, where you can type in anything you want and the program will associate this new word with the picture the next time.
http://www.twexus.com/?f=cap&ino=352084-YTBQM OR, before reassociating, you double click on the picture AGAIN, you get a list of words, with which it's associated:

I guess this goes with the famous Herman Kahn quote, one of Rumsfeld's favorites:
"Hire paranoids, they may have a high false alarm rate, but they discover all the plots".

It is very strange. Obviously a wise move to pass it on to the authorities, it could be the real deal, or an odd coincedence. If it's coincidence that guy is going to be confused when he checks his weblog ;)
I guess he was confused when he checked his weblog ;)

Right. Which means you can associate anything with anything and communicate.
If you know the search string, you can create and communicate a message.
For example, I just associated "LOSER" with the same image as Daleel. Scary stuff.

"Hire paranoids, they may have a high false alarm rate, but they discover all the plots".
ROFLOL!!! Priceless....the real key is to place ones tongue firmly in cheek prior to paranoia.
Actually I don't think any here are paranoid but I think many have held onto the creative "what if" from their childhood...and that makes for even better and more accurate plot development. With all our life experiences, if we can help in surfacing anything for our country, we are happy to do so. Even the most obsure or oblique connection might be the one that is needed.
