Daleel probably copied his message from the same Jihadi website, where Northeast Network found it, they have a very similar long message, translated from Arabic.

When you read what they say about order #8 it sounds at first like something we did that has upset them. Because it says that we do not know that they know. But they are telling us now that they know. Then when you read the next line that does not make sense any more. But it could be that we have some plan that we have issued to start and they are upset about it.
