I've just been on the thread about the Green River Killer. A photo is posted and it's left me a bit rattled. He looks like a guy who asked for my assistance in a hospital parking lot in Portland, Oregon a few years ago. As I walked past he said he had locked himself out of his vehicle and asked if I could reach in through the partially open passenger window and pop the lock. I never forgot it. He was driving a red pickup truck and acted irked when I refused to stop.

Good Gracious! What a story. Why was he unable to reach inside and unlock his own door? And, of course, the obvious,,,, how could you possibly know it was HIS truck?

I went over to the Green River Killer thread to see what he looks like, a creepy character indeed.

You should call the Portland police and let them know about what happened in the hospital parking lot. It might help them in some way, maybe that MO, asking for assistance with the lock or the red pickup truck might help nail him for other murders.
