You really NEED to come to Texas and have some REAL BBQ. Just stop anywhere there is a beat-up looking BBQ stand with a hand lettered sign and you will get beef (sliced & chopped) pork ribs and any side you want including the coldest beer. Come on down...the best BBQ is waiting for ya!

Oh I've had plenty of Texas BBQ but ya know how us Tennessee boys are...once you've had Memphis pork anything else just doesn't compare...LOL...in fact I've had to educate these folks in California about BBQ...they think putting meat on a grill is BBQ...ROFLMAO...of course you and I know better. :-)
