In October of 2000, the NEW YORK YANKEES WIN THE WORLD SERIES, beating their fellow New Yorkers, the Mets, in 5 games.

In November of that year, New York City is instrumental in putting HITLERY in the United States Senate.

WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THE YANKEES SINCE THEN??

2001: The Yankees lose to Arizona in the World Series in 7 games.

2002: The Yankees are eliminated by the Anaheim Angels in the playoffs.

2003: The Yankees lose to Florida in the World Series.
