My guess is that once you posted it for like the fourth time, someone thought you might be wasting bandwidth. Some people signed up here years ago and wait to become disruptors for long times. Not that you'd do that, of course, but you know how some DisrUptors are. Six years? I don't think so.
Also, in all my time here I have never seen anyone get banned for wasting bandwidth unless they were warned first. Sounds like a misunderstanding to me.
