Hillary Clinton Reveals SCOTUS Packing Plans as Ken Paxton Warns of Democrat Power Grab

Clinton floats expanding the Supreme Court to 13 justices as Paxton warns of the consequences if Democrats regain control of Washington.

Today’s Democrats are radical and dangerous. They don’t just want to win; they want to take power and hold it forever. They’re enraged that the American people elected Donald Trump, and they want to make sure that patriotic Americans never have another chance to thwart their plans or even voice disagreement again.

They’re ruthless, ideologically driven tyrants who will show no mercy to us.

…Democrats aren’t ashamed of it either. In fact, they are openly planning to cement themselves in permanent power. Their view is that anyone who disagrees with them is evil, and thus they are justified in any lawless aggression or power grab, no matter how base or transparently self-serving…

Recent Example: Hillary Clinton was on a podcast last week and shared this:

“…we should seriously look at expanding the court while the Democrats are in power…it used to be that you’d have one Justice for each circuit, we now have 13 circuits, we should have 13 Justices…”

DJT has got to deal with this. He must get legislation passed to set SCOTUS to 9 or 13 by law, and then pack it.

Unfortunately a lot of establishment “republicans” would be happy to help them out. Cornyn and Tillis would gladly go on TV championing the idea. They think Trump was a fad and they want their old party back.

The Democrats want nothing less than to have the Democrat Party entirely decide what rights we do and what rights we do not have, which of course means that we will not have any actual rights. Let’s remember what’s at stake here. If the Dems win both Houses of Congress now, especially the Senate, they will have incumbent advantage in 2028, it will be harder to dislodge them in the future, and the new Senators will be in office until at least 2032.

Now you know why the Islamocommie party is trying to gain control of congress via FRAUDULENCE. They aim to do it by hook or by crook.
That’s why they were overwhelmed with anger over Rep. Haley Stevens endorsing Mike Rogers over El Sayed!
This Islamocommie party is the most dangerous ⛔️ ⚠️ threat we’ve ever had to American freedom.
If they ever gain control, there will be civil war.

It must eat at Hillary 34/7.....in any other country she would have been elected by the popular vote .....but she lost the unique-to-the-US “electoral vote.”

She also made costly political errors:

She took the blue collar states of Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin for granted and got outflanked on labor and trade issues by Trump, who was able to turn Obama voters in those constituencies into his own voters. She should’ve learned of her weaknesses with this group in the primary against Bernie Sanders but did nothing about it. Instead, she spent the closing stages of the campaign trying to “run up the score” in Arizona and Texas.

She picked a bad VP candidate in Tim Kaine who added nothing to the ticket. Trump wasn’t going to win Virginia with his personality/campaign rhetoric so she should have tried to pick someone that could’ve appealed to blue collar voters and/or someone that could have boosted minority turnout. Looking at how minority turnout lagged in 2016, Clinton should’ve emphasized the latter a bit more than the former.

The FBI deciding to reopen the e-mail issue due to new legal problems from Anthony Weiner, who was still married at the time to Clinton’s top aide, was a major P.R. blow that stalled some momentum. This was right on the heels of the Access Hollywood tape when it was believed that Trump was reeling. The FBI’s announcement of reopening the investigation allowed for that to suck up media oxygen over the Access Hollywood issue and gave Trump the ability to fight back in the closing stages.

That said, Trump won by a margin of 37,000 votes across WI, MI, and PA.
Clinton still came close to winning. But the errors listed above were costly.

It can happen here. The Democrats will locked their party into complete institutional power if given the opportunity.

Witness the City of Chicago which has not elected a Republican mayor in 99 years. Within a few years time, the Chicago Democrats began to entrench themselves in power by any means available. Over time, the machine expanded its control to include all of Cook County government. Decades later, the Democrats took over the statewide government as well. Ruthless gerrymandering was one of the tools used to secure control of the entire state.

As recently as 2010, the Illinois Congressional delegation was majority Republican. In 2026, it is almost impossible to imagine that Illinois was once a reliably Republican state.
In 1994, the GOP held every statewide Illinois office and both houses in the legislature. Now, the Illinois Republicans are nearly extinct.

If we keep the Senate this month, Trump should announce that he is going to pack SCOTUS starting in January, and that a list of nominations already has been provided to the Senate.

Scare the pants off the rats. Apparently, they think they’re the only ones who have power to pack the SCOTUS. Give them a taste of their own medicine.

“She picked a bad VP candidate in Tim Kaine”

She thought it would help her. She believes that old saying that “everybody loves a clown”. And then Kamala followed in PIAPS’ footsteps.

Neither Hillary or Harris could find a strong man willing to run as VP with a woman leading the ticket. That is why they both ended up running with limp wristed effeminate men and it hurt them in the elections.
