A dear friend of mine is in the hospital. They thought she’d had a stroke. Nope. But found a “spot” on her brain. That could be mild or could be very serious. (Won’t bore you all with the medical terms.)
I’m just asking prayers for my friend.

I’ll be keeping your friend in my prayers.
My MIL was just diagnosed with an aggressive brain cancer, and was released last evening to home hospice care. They thought she had a stroke at first, then Bell’s palsy, but now have decided that her lung cancer metastasized into her brain. She has days or weeks left.
So I know what you’re going through, and your friend, to an extent. It’s been very hard the last few weeks to get any answers. Now we have them, and it’s not what we were hoping for.
My best to you and yours.

So sorry to hear this.
I just lost my SIL two weeks ago from “brain atrophy” - after going from doctor to doctor to doctor, that is the only diagnosis she could ever get, no other explanation after countless scans and MRIs - she decided to stop going to doctors and go home.
Our family thinks it’s from the COVID vax, b/c she had an instant and immediate reaction after the third shot, and she never recovered.
It was a long four years, none of it good.
We are spreading her ashes under her favorite rose tree next week.
Prayers said that your family is able to find peace and solace.

Thank you. Mom in law has lived a long and wonderful life. She’s 98. A smart, strong, and determined woman. Her demise has been very quick, and in many ways, that’s been a blessing.
