On Monday's CNN This Morning, host Audie Cornish pulled two pro-Democrat tricks. First, she tried to minimize the history of a pollster showing Trump losing Iowa to Kamala, but then going on to win by double digits.
Second, she tried to passively lump in possible Democratic Party losses in with possible Republican ones.

Pre-election Iowa poll: Harris +3. Actual result: Trump +13.
Watch CNN’s AudieCornish shrink the resulting 16-point polling disaster down to “it didn’t turn out to be the case.”
Ping to Liberal Media Criticism list.
CNN's DNC Shill Audie Cornish? Yeah, nothin' fake about this.

@CynicalPublius
Please ask yourself two questions:
1. When was the last time that pre-election media were predicting huge Democrat losses?
2. When was the last time that pre-election media were NOT predicting huge Republican losses?
Since the pattern is obvious, why do you let it be repeated in your own mind?
This is war. Information war. Fear is the mind killer.

It’s part of my religion (right wing Jew) to never watch CNN.
How long is this bum call going to be milked?
Fox has Turek up by 2%, Rasmussen (very reliably conservative) has Turek up 4%.
NY Times/Sienna had Hinson up 1%.
I think that not having Biden or Harris as a punching bag weakens Republican prospects, plus the fact that the farm belt has suffered collateral damage from the tariff and Iran wars.
I listen to pundits calling Ann Selzer and the Des Moines Register poll the “gold standard” of polling. BS. The Register poll consistently came 5 to 9 points short of republican strength for decades. Like most pollsters, it’s there to create narrative more than revealing reality. If it reveals anything it’s the sad state of journalism. Ironically, it all came back to bite Iowa democrats becoming a major contributor to the loss of first in the Nation caucuses.
She’s a member of the Trained Women’s Assault Team. Look out!
