ALL OF THE UTILITY COMPANIES IN CA ARE RUNNING A SCAM.

When I built my new house 5 years ago they forced me into TOU (Time of Use) billing for 3 months. My bill was over $100 for a vacant house with only 1 porch light turned on. My other house on the same street is under Standard Billing and in the Summer Heat never exceeds $250. My neighbor was complaing about his bill one day, it was $900 so I showed him mine and about had a heart attack. She spent half the day on the phone to SCE and got them to change it to Standard Billing, their bill is 1/3 of what it was. I just sold that house and warned the buyer about this but they LIED and told him his bill would be less, he is going to try and change it to Standard Billing.
