Here is an abbreviated version of my paid substack from yesterday.
The Hoax News Media yukked it up with stories about how stupid Trump was for suggesting we could buy Greenland. Now, a few months later, we got what we needed from Denmark and Greenland for NOTHING. Truly the art of the deal. It was the final chess piece in an all-encompassing set of arrangements to seal off Chy-na from every single choke point in the world. Get out a world PAPER map, and use red to highlight these:
Choke Point #1 Back around March of 2025, Muy Macho Marco and Trump negotiated an agreement with Indonesia. Virtually no one mentioned it. It was BIG. It gave the U.S. operational (and genuine) control over the Strait of Malacca. Color the Strait of Malacca red.
Choke Point #2 Later that year, Trump persuaded Panama to boot out the ChiComs at BOTH ends of the Panama Canal, essentially reverting it back to US control. Mark that one red.
Choke Point #3 Earlier this year---again, with almost no commentary from the Hoax News Media or even the spoogies on our side---Muy Macho Marco and Trump concluded a deal with Morocco, giving us operational (and genuine) control over the Strait of Gibraltar. Yeah, the Brits have a base on Gibraltar that the Spanish let them keep, but it's irrelevant now. We can close the Strait any time we want from the Moroccan side. Color that one red.
Choke point #4 This is the least necessary of all five, but is important for denying the ChiComs oil: the Strait of MAGA, er, Hormuz. It is now back to operating almost at 100% of pre conflict levels. The reason this is less important is that actual freight shipping has to go through the easily controlled Suez or around Africa. But if it goes through Suez, eventually it has to cross the Strait of Gibraltar. See above. More red.
Choke point #5 This is the coup de grace. By getting in perpetuity rights to military bases and security "control" of Greenland, Trump now has the choke point known as the GIUK Gap sealed.
EVERY. SINGLE. INTERNATIONAL. CHOKE. POINT. of relevance is now controlled by the U.S. There are two others that relate to Russia that are being controlled by other nations, the Kaggerat-Skaggerat between Denmark and Norway, totally under their (and NATO) control, and the Dardanelles under Turkish control. Those are mostly fences to keep the Russkie fleet bottled up in either the Baltic or the Black Seas.
So there you have it. At any time of our choosing, we can entirely shut down virtually ALL ChiCom maritime trade, particularly in energy from the Middle East. They are so screwed.
And Trump did this with, if you count the casualties in the "police action" in Iran, fewer than the Granada operation in the 1980s. Best thing? Most observers haven't even figured this out yet.

I dunno. It’s for the benefit of everybody but it’s expensive. I guess he can get the other nations to pay for it through tariffs, something they won’t want to do because they’re kleptomaniacs when it comes to getting our help.
More bases are needed.
I am interested to see what changes Trump makes in Greenland. I know ICBM intercept capability will be emplaced. But will Icebreakers be stationed to keep the arctic passage open all year like the Ruskies do on their side?

I must have read the book 10 times. Hardly remember any of it, besides Dr. Jolly and the word “polynya”.
Only sad thing is, most of the fools don't realize how foolish they look, because they're completely focused on proclaiming their own genius & Trump's "stupidity"...

I have worked on the design and testing of many military satellites, but never anything under water. I would think that during winter the Arctic Ice dynamics would cause incredible background noise.
