Meh...regardless of Talarico’s position with the company the fact remains it was properly DISCLOSED. Likewise the company was careful to keep his consulting work for them FIRE WALLED from any grants they received from TEA.
My mistaking his role at MAYA does not change those facts... in fact his not being on the board means Talarico had LESS influence there, not more.
