President Trump just announced Michael Cohen, the prosecution’s star witness and in reality the only witness in the New York AG and Manhattan DA witch hunts, has fully RECANTED.
Not clarified. Not walked back. RECANTED.
Pressured. Coerced. Said things that were not true.
Trump is demanding every remnant of those politically weaponized cases be terminated and dismissed. Letitia James and Alvin Bragg built the whole thing on a witness who now says it was wrong and unlawful.
Such a thing can never be allowed to happen again.

I live in Maine. I don’t really care all that much for Susan Collins but I will vote for her in November.
I want to help the Republicans keep control of the Senate.
I know most of those GOP senators leave a lot to be desired, but the RAT alternative is unacceptable.
I hope he saved some evidence of the pressure and coercion to use in prosecutions against the crooked prosecutors.

I couldn't agree more. The current version of the Democrats should never be allowed to control government again. Ever. They need to house clean, brutally, but it would require a war within their party to do that.
That not even American anymore. So many of them hate America.

A LOT of people should be in prison. They ought to show up and turn themselves in before somebody finds them.
Consult an Attorney: Speak with an independent criminal defense lawyer before contacting the court. Recanting testimony exposes you to severe self-incrimination and potential perjury or false reporting charges if authorities believe you lied originally or are lying now.
Draft a Sworn Affidavit: Work with your lawyer to prepare a notarized affidavit specifying which parts of your prior testimony were inaccurate, mistaken, or false, and explain the genuine reasons for the correction.
Notify the Legal Parties: File the formal document or notification with the Prosecutor or handling the case and the clerk of the court so it enters the official case file.
Understand the Effect: Retracting a statement does not automatically dismiss a case or erase your original words. The court retains the initial transcript, and prosecutors can still use your past statements or pursue charges based on the inconsistency.
