On Monday’s All In, host Chris Hayes just went on a hypocrisy-lined tear against X owner Elon Musk for spending big in the midterms, while completely downplaying the enormous spending already unleashed by leftist billionaire George Soros.
Hayes decried Musk’s “unfathomable amounts of money” to “elect Republicans this cycle,” browbeating him for not giving that money to charity or some other noble cause: “At least $100 million people are saying — quite possibly much more. That’s in addition to the nearly $300 million Musk already spent electing Trump back in 2024.”
But perhaps just as egregious, check out the pathetic caveat he just threw in about Soros: “Yes, there's some money from left too, well, mostly just George and Alex Soros, who do give a lot of money in these sorts of things.”
He immediately dismissed it, rendering the double standard even more lopsided: “But they are being drowned out by right-wing billionaires.”
Since Hayes is comparing both Musk’s spending this year and his last politically active cycle in 2024, did he forget that liberal billionaire Tom Steyer spent $558 million collectively to buy both the 2020 presidential election and the 2026 California gubernatorial election for himself?

Never mind Zuckerberg’s $500 million he poured into ballot boxes that were a key component in the 2020 election fraud.
Didn’t say ANYTHING about that.
One solution to make Congress more responsive to voters than non-constituent donors.
Introduction
Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to restrict campaign contributions for candidates to eligible voters.
Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled (two-thirds of each House concurring therein), That the following article is proposed as an amendment to the Constitution of the United States, which shall be valid to all intents and purposes as part of the Constitution when ratified by the legislatures of three-fourths of the several States:
Proposed Amendment - Campaign Contributions Limited to Eligible Voters
Section 1. Only natural persons who are eligible to vote for a candidate may contribute money or anything of value to that candidate’s campaign.
Section 2. No organization, association, corporation, or other entity shall make, fund, direct, or facilitate contributions to any candidate’s campaign.
Section 3. No person shall make a contribution to any candidate’s campaign on behalf of, or using funds provided by, any individual or entity not eligible to contribute under this article.
Section 4. Congress and the States shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.
Statement of Intent
The purpose of this amendment is to ensure that electoral influence over candidates for public office is limited to those who are entitled to vote for them. By tying campaign contributions directly to voter eligibility, this amendment strengthens representative democracy, reduces external and institutional influence over elections, and preserves the principle that elected officials should be accountable only to their constituents.
It’s okay if the COMMUNIST DEMONRATS AND THEIR AYATOLLAHS DO IT.
“””On Monday’s All In, host Chris Hayes”””
If I could throat punch just one person.........
The hypocrisy is strong with the left.
Has Elon Musk diffused his donations through a network of thousands of untraceable nonprofit shell organizations 20 dollars at a time like Soros used to do?
Diabolically speaking, Soros’s weaponization of non profit entities is actually diabolically brilliant.
Nobody scrutinizes the nonprofits. Everybody thinks they’re irrelevant. If Sun Tzu were alive today, he would likely put non profits at the front of his weapons list because non profits are the weapons you never see coming.
Stealth is everything.
Leftist are so free with money. As long as it is someone else’s money.
Preventing Democrats from aquiring power is about as noble a contribution as one can make.
Chrissy Hayes can KMA on Main Steet and I’ll give him 15 minutes to draw a crowd.
Maybe the Chinese are paying Chris Hayes to do his evil - and theirs? It’s all so weird now a days...
