Democratic political strategist Maria Cardona, a member of the DNC Rules and Bylaws Committee, joined the RCP podcast on Wednesday to preview the party’s debate over which states should vote first in the 2028 presidential primary.
"One of the things we’re going to be discussing in the upcoming meeting—most likely on Friday—is: Where are we now with the early calendar? What states do we want to start eliminating, and what states do we want to really consider for that early window?" she said." We want to make sure that there’s a state from every region: South, West, Midwest and Northeast."
“For the first time in a very long time, it is literally up to us,” Cardona said. “There’s no White House towering over us, telling us what to do. No one is putting their finger on the scale. No one is telling us or whispering to us: You need to do this, you need to do that."
"We want to make sure that the states, as much as they can, include as much of the Democratic Party coalition that is critical for a win: Latino voters, black voters, labor, rural voters, working-class voters of all kinds, people of all kinds of economic status, college graduates and non-college graduates."

Considering the current surge of the DemocRAT Socialists of America (DSA) within the democRAT Party, the places that should vote first in the next democRAT presidential primary should be Cuba, Nicaragua, Seattle, Portland and San Francisco.
Maria better check her six. The commies are on her tail.
And ANY country where slavery is still allowed!
