I just hope that most of these new businesses aren’t “Learing Centers” and hospices with no residents.

I strongly suspect that under pressure from the Trump administration most of those fraudulent “businesses” are going out of business and disappearing.
One example is Amazon, who now outsources their delivery services to thousands of small companies of a few drivers each instead of having them on the Amazon payroll.
Stores are doing the same; creating separate LLCs by state, county, or even individual stores, to avoid punitive anti-business laws targeting "large" companies.

Trump. In total, the agency has guaranteed 84,400 7(a) and 504 small business loans for $44.8 billion. This includes 6,750 504 loans for $7.8 billion and 77,600 7(a) loans for $37 billion. The majority of SBA’s FY25 small business loans were approved after President Trump took office in January 2025.
