Nduka Ekpenyong arrested for $2.5 MILLON baby formula Medicaid fraud scheme that fueled luxury NY lifestyle

A resident of Hewlett, New York, has been accused of defrauding Medicaid out of more than $2.5 million through a scheme that denied children access to necessary nutritional products. Nduka Lewis Ekpenyong, 36, submitted over 6,000 Medicaid claims via his business, Duke Medical, Inc., for PediaSure with Peptides, a product he largely never actually procured, according to prosecutors.

“Ekpenyong heartlessly charged Medicaid millions for pediatric formula that was never delivered, making it harder for kids to get the care they needed,” New York Attorney General Letitia James said in a post.

“While Nduka Ekpenyong was buying luxury cars with money he allegedly stole from our state’s Medicaid program, families affected by his fraud were struggling to feed their children,” James added in a press release.

Both Ekpenyong and Duke Medical now face charges of Grand Larceny, Healthcare Fraud, and Scheme to Defraud. He spent the allegedly ill-gotten funds on luxury cars including a Bentley and a Range Rover and used the money and pay the mortgage on his Long Island mansion.

Thank you very much and God bless you.

Apparently she didn't pay Letitia James her kick-back as required.

Our national debt would be half of what it is now if we hadn't let all the foreign criminals into our country.

It really ticks me off that foreigners can come into our country and immediately get loans to purchase/set up businesses. All with no down payment, no credit record, and no history of being experienced in business administration.

Meanwhile, an American citizen has to provide ten years of banking records, a list of all assets, and a history of business experience. Even with all that and more, a small business loan for an American citizen is often denied.

Shove him and his family inside.

Nail the doors and windows shut.

Burn it to the ground.

All after a fair trial of course.

The name Nduka Lewis Ekpenyong is derived from Nigerian (Igbo and Efik/Ibibio) roots, specifically originating from the southeastern region of the country.

Nduka: This is an Igbo name that translates to “life is paramount” or “life is supreme.”

It is often given as a name that emphasizes the great value of human life.

Lewis: This is a European/English given name (derived from the Germanic name Chlodovech) meaning “renowned warrior.” It has been widely adopted in Nigeria due to historical and religious influences.

Ekpenyong: This is a surname of Efik/Ibibio origin (from the Cross River State in Nigeria). In the Efik language, it translates to “lion” or “lion from the sky”.

Excellent point.

When Michael Savage graduated from high school he went to a federal government college loan office for an appointment. The guy literally laughed in his face and said you can’t have any loan or any scholarship money. You’re not black.

Savage said later his father never once got a nickel from any government program as a legal immigrant years earlier and neither did he.

On his own working through college he earned his B.A. in Education and Sociology, M.S. in Medical Botany & Medical Anthropology and Ph.D. in Nutritional Ethnomedicine.

I let you stay in my penthouse,
you called it a shack.

I bought you a ten dollar dinner
And you said: “thanks for the snack”.

I gave you a brand new Ford
and you said “I want a Cadillac.”

I gave you seven children
and now you want to give them back.

Burn it to the ground.

Oh, so how you're an architectural critic. [That house is not really a mansion and it is pretty ugly].

As of early 2026, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) were actively tracking a priority list of over 90 Nigerians targeted for deportation due to serious crimes.

Prior Arrest Data: Earlier DHS data recorded 40 criminal arrests of Nigerian nationals—the highest figure among all African countries in that specific dataset. Over a 15-year period, U.S. authorities removed just over 3,010 Nigerian nationals who had criminal convictions, accounting for about half of all Nigerian removals during that time frame.

For a broader perspective, extensive research from the Cato Institute and the American Immigration Council consistently demonstrates that, across all origin countries, immigrants are incarcerated and convicted at significantly lower rates than native-born U.S. citizens.

Dec 15, 2025 — Nigeria leads African countries in U.S ‘criminal alien’ arrest figures.
The United States has plans to deport 130 convicted Nigerians.

The Nigerian thief lived in luxury after swiping $2.6M from taxpayers.

Prosecutors are suing him foe $7.6M in damages, including the $2.6M bogus Medicaid.

He ran the scam out of his Brooklyn company, Duke Medical, LLC, April 2023-July 2025, according to the lawsuit. Doctors’ offices would order the pricey formula from him for their needy patients — but there were times his company failed to deliver even any brand at all. When it did dispense formula, it was “dispensing a very basic, over-the-counter product, PediaSure”.

“The OAG found the Nigerian's fraud prevented families in need from getting formula pediatricians had ordered, preventing kids from receiving the care they needed”.

I can’t believe it but NY AG James is helping with this arrest. She’s bragging about it.
