retaining talent may become just as important as attracting newcomers

I would expect it to be exceedingly far more important to retain your native born than attract 'newcomers.'

The “replacement islamist immigrants” are valued more by leftist governments. They can be incited to kill the conservative enemies of the left without leftist government accountability.
