North Texas Antifa ringleader, Benjamin Song, received the longest sentence of 100 years for being proven as the gunman who shot an Alvarado Police officer in the neck in the July 4, 2025 ambush shooting. Hmm...22 defendants originally, and it looks like some of the comrades snitched:

Seven co-defendants pleaded guilty ahead of trial, and five agreed to cooperate with prosecutors and testify against their comrades.

"First to squeal gets the deal." One of the eight got only 30 years, the rest, more. Certain of these (the article isn't specific) were aiding and abetting, i.e. running the safe houses the perps were hiding in. With both federal convictions and state charges upcoming, they're going to be in for a while.
