Federal judge partially blocks Idaho trans bathroom ban law with preliminary injunction

A federal judge in Idaho on Tuesday partially blocked enforcement of a new law that would’ve criminalized transgender people from using bathrooms that align with their gender identity.

The law was set to go into effect July 1. The portion of it that prohibits people from entering changing rooms that don’t align with their biological sex will still go into effect.

The federal court order comes in response to a lawsuit filed by six transgender Idahoans challenging House Bill 752, which the Legislature passed and Gov. Brad Little signed this year. The law makes it a misdemeanor crime, punishable by up to a year in prison, to use a bathroom in a public facility, or private business that’s open to the public, designated for another biological sex. A second offense is a felony, punishable by up to five years in prison.

Biden appointee. It never ceases to amaze me how you can predict how Federal judges will rule based on who appointed them. The only ones who deviate seem to be old Bush appointees.

They can stop the Federal Judges from ruling on these bathroom matters and other such stupidity..............

1. The law has not gone into effect yet - NOT RIPE; and,

2. The trannies have no standing (they have no real case or controversy simply because the law has not gone into effect); and,

3. No irreparable harm. Making a mess in your pants because you couldn't make it to the bathroom for a trannies birth sex is NOT irreparable harm.

This so-called Judge should be disbarred.

We have a two-tiered justice system. Leftist lawsuits get decided on hypotheticals (someone “might” be denied the right to vote with voter I.D. laws) while conservative-initiated lawsuits require someone who is actually hurt by a law.

These creeps are ALWAYS autogynophiles (a male with a propensity to be sexually aroused by the thought of himself as a female presenting in a public setting) who seek to interact with other females in intimate spaces. They will either try to strike up a conversation to elicit a reaction or will act inappropriately to cause a response from real females, bordering on the criminal.

These creeps also frequently photograph themselves in women's intimate spaces to flaunt this fact and gain additional sick arousal.
