To have honest elections, the total number of ballots cast must be determined before the results of those ballots are totaled. As long as the total number of ballots cast isn’t limited, those counting the ballots can continue to find more ballots after election day.

Do people that do that knowingly being dishonest care about a soul? She was only concerned about the money. Root of all evil. But wouldn’t it be more feasible for them to take the money and vote however they please.
