“working with foreign countries” means putting how much foreign cash in her pockets? Will she report any foreign income on her taxes, if so?
She needs to be arrested for conducting business as a foreign agent without the State Department’s specific approval to do so. They went after Paul Manafort for not having State Department approval to act as a foreign agent.
One of the charges they indicted him and his business partner for not filing under the Foreign Agents Registration Act. He took a plea deal. On the flip side, the Podesta brothers also worked as foreign agents without filing an application as required by the Act. In the Podesta's case, the State Dept. allowed them to fill out post-dated applications to cover their asses.
She can pull this garbage because the administration isn’t respected or feared. We all get to suffer because of it.
