I just finished reading the 68 page lawsuit and it is damning for Candace.

i apologize as I haven’t kept up on this. I have turned her off. What’s become of the Macron lawsuit? What is this lawsuit about. Can you condense in one paragraph the salient facts, ie copy and paste them?

Brian Harpole is a former Texas police officer with 14 years of law enforcement experience who later founded Integrity Security Solutions, a private security firm that provided protection for conservative activist Charlie Kirk from 2018 until Kirk’s assassination on September 10, 2025, at Utah Valley University. Harpole served as Kirk’s head of security and has made explosive claims about security lapses at the event, including that the roof from which the shooter, Tyler Robinson, fired was not secured despite prior awareness and discussions with university police.
Harpole sued Candace Owens for defamation on May 1, 2026, alleging she spread false conspiracy theories accusing him of involvement in Kirk’s killing. The lawsuit, filed in the Middle District of Tennessee, claims Owens asserted that Kirk was betrayed by those close to him and that a cover-up was orchestrated, damaging Harpole’s reputation and career. He has appeared on The Shawn Ryan Show and other platforms to present evidence, including text exchanges with UVU police, and to dispute narratives around the assassination.
Macron was found to have male genes, despite all opposing evidence.
Candace Owens provided some robust rebuttal on her podcast just yesterday.

The lawsuit is mainly focused on allegations by Candace and her guest conspirator that Charlie Kirk’s Security Chief met with the Army in AZ on the day before Charlie was assassinated.
Since this lawsuit was just filed today, I will await commentaries from other sources who regularly report on Candace’s nutcase allegations.

The Macron suit is still going on, she’s now being sued twice for defamation, she had better have good lawyers to help her prove her side of the case otherwise she’s headed for major financial consequences.
The Macron case I could care less about that one, the Charlie Kirk case is a different story, what has been alleged by people like Candace Owens is reprehensible, especially with what Erika Kirk has had to deal with, losing your husband right in front you and then having to deal with all sorts of allegations and wild conspiracy theories would be hard to deal with for anyone.
Hopefully Karma is finally catching up with this evil narcissist.

At least one other member thought it was funny. He readily acknowledges he’s an adolescent smartass. It’s the only part of him that feels young.
As for the topic, I, like many others, just shake my head at all things Candice Owens. So smart, so beautiful, but it’s as if something snapped post partum.
Sorry, I just don’t think there’s anything funny about Owens or playing into any of her delusions.
She’s a creepy woman who pretends to be Christian while not giving a damn how much she hurts other people or how she takes advantage of simple-minded, credulous ‘fans’ to do it.
I agree with those who hope she’s bankrupted.

I am not a supporter, nor fan, of Owens.
She once seemed reasonable, but is wildly off in her assertions.
However, it doesn’t mean she, or the French president, can’t be made fun of. Mr “Any Iranian attack by the US is outside of international law” needs more ridicule.
You can support him as respectfully as you so desire. I won’t.
