This is a MASSIVE move by Scott Bessent.

The Treasury Department has said the IRS will be revising the Form 990 used by NGOs in an effort to uncover fraud and hidden sources of funding.

I’ve gone through hundreds of 990 forms. The way they’re set up right now, they do not have to disclose who their donors are.

Perfect example is GLSEN. They have two anonymous donors that give them millions and millions of dollars and they don’t have to disclose who they are.

Keep in mind that the people running GLSEN are trans activists.

I imagine that if this goes through many of these NGOs will dissolve. They’re all almost certainly getting money from the same people and will destroy their illusion of grassroots support.

Evil cannot exist in daylight. The more visible the financial transactions, the less fraud and abuse.

They may dissolve but they will simply show up again in a slightly different form.

I imagine that if this goes through....

The author would have a better chance getting the Exxon Valdez through the Strait of Hormuz than of getting this through the committees.

I suspect this is a strictly executive action not requiring legislation.

“They may dissolve but they will simply show up again in a slightly different form.”

Subject to the same disclosure requirements.

Eliminate tax exempt status for SPLC

The SPLC is like Jussie Smollett with corporate sponsors. It’s industrial scale hate crime hoaxing.

I just called out those corporate sponsors LIVE on Fox News:

- JPMorgan
- Apple CEO Tim Cook
- Open AI
- MGM
- Chick fil A

And they will still have to reveal sources of their money.

While good, the real action would be to get rid of all these NGOs. They are nothing but money laundering operations, primarily for the democrats.

It will be interesting to see how much money is coming from our own pockets (tax money) to fund those who would destroy us.

Conservatives have opposed this for years because the left is ruthless and vindictive in setting out to destroy supporters of conservative issue advocacy groups. You will be outed, your family and business associates will be outed, your business will end up on boycott lists, and before you know it, you’ll be on the HRC and SPLC hate group lists, which get picked up by government agencies and many business organizations afraid of controversy.

This sort of thing cuts both ways. Conservatives are much likelier to have fulfilling lives outside of politics and have more to lose if politics goes totally scorched earth. Leftists aren’t harassed in restaurants. Their kids aren’t harassed in school. Their employers aren’t threatened with boycotts if you aren’t fired. Etc., etc. The threat environment is asymmetrical because conservatives are builders and leftists are destroyers and looters.

“I imagine that if this goes through many of these NGOs will dissolve.”

“They may dissolve but they will simply show up again in a slightly different form.”

Your conclusion makes sense, but only when the system is friendly to corruption. And that friendliness is quickly going down the drain.
