🚨 Here is 10 minutes of me confronting the California politicians who authored the "Stop Nick Shirley Act"...
When confronted about AB 2624: - Lied about authoring the bill - Couldn't justify the bill - Acted like they didn't know about the bill
This bill will CRIMINALIZE exposing fraud, violates the 1st Amendment, protects NGOs from disclosing taxpayer dollars, and these politicians see no problem with it. The fraud is now exposed and they need new laws to hide it.
EXPOSE ALL THE FRAUD.

Trump is the danger to Freedom of Speech in their opinion.
Meanwhile, making investigative journalism illegal is A-OK.
The “Stop Nick Shirley Act” is a nickname given by California Republicans and critics to Assembly Bill 2624 (AB 2624), a proposed law authored by Assemblymember Mia Bonta. It aims to protect immigration service providers from harassment by allowing them to conceal their personal information and file lawsuits against individuals who post their private data or images online with intent to threaten or incite violence. ——— NewsNation
Key Details About the Bill and its Purpose: Proponents say the bill protects immigration service providers, including nonprofits and legal clinics, from threats, harassment, and violence. Critics, including independent journalist Nick Shirley, argue the bill restricts freedom of speech and hampers efforts to investigate, as discussed in this Instagram reel,.
The bill could penalize, with fines up to $10,000 or jail time, individuals who publish the personal information of providers, according to claims mentioned in this Facebook post. The nickname stems from independent journalist Nick Shirley, who confronted California lawmakers and argued the legislation is an “attack on journalists” designed to hide potential fraud.
Assemblymember DeMaio warns that this bill, which they term a “Stop Nick Shirley Act”, will criminalize independent investigations into fraud, according to this Reddit discussion. The bill is currently being debated in the California legislature.
Censorship bill was sponsored by Asssemblyman Mia Bonta She grew up in the Bronx, NY to Puerto Rican parents and identifies as a “Black Latina.”

This bill will CRIMINALIZE exposing fraud.
Democrats protecting their own $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.
At some point, people are going to say, ‘pass whatever rules you like. At the end of the day, you’ll have to enforce them. How many people do you have to do that?’
It was good to see the group of women at the end of the line were all on Nick’s side.
Gay and Gayest.
lol
How to say, “we’re all criminals, enriching ourselves via fraud, and will criminalize anyone holding us accountable”, without actually saying it.
Could it be more obvious?
It's so bad now , that a whole cable Chanel could air 24/7/365 and never repeat a story. Who knew that the show in the 90's was an actual plan, bragging by the state with impunity.
Same as Brit gov’mt criminalizing criticizing the gov’mt — which is precidesly what they do when they toss someone in jail for asking why there are riots and nothing is done..
