Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) Director Bill Pulte made two new criminal referrals to the DOJ today against New York Attorney General Letitia James, alleging homeowners insurance fraud.
Referring it to two U.S. attorneys in Florida and Illinois, according to documents reviewed by @NewsNation
The DOJ did not secure a conviction against James on mortgage fraud charges last year.
