Yeah, it didn’t work out very well when they pulled out their pagers expecting instructions.
Why not? The FBI wouldn’t be able to track them, and this is a “system” that’s been used for about 100 years. It is impossible to break.
Sometimes simple is best.
The message is just a series of numbers.
The is no way to figure out what the numbers mean unless you have the daily key for a specific group.
