A paid representative for the designated terror organization and Islam-pushing Council on American-Islamic Relations has called for Texas, in its state education system, to teach that one-third of all slaves in America were Muslim, enslaved, and killed for their Muslim faith, erase the Mayflower Compact, eliminate Columbus Day, teach that the Alamo was influenced by Islam and honors Islamic architecture and more.
Not happening, at least according to two members of the state Board of Education who challenged the accuracy of the claims, openly opposed a "jihadist agenda being forced on our children," and were skeptical about the benefits of teaching children about Muhammad's decision to marry a six-year-old and consummate the marriage when the little girl was just nine.

I do remember that at one time the Texas school books were sort of the gold standard around the country so I’m guessing that CAIR is starting there for that reason.

Texas is definitely in CAIR’s cross-hairs. They’re trying to outlaw Sharia law, and in general are very hard-headed. And that’s a good thing. So they figure if they break Texas they can break the rest of the states’ education system easily. This is just the beginning. Everybody in every state should expect a prolonged campaign.
It should be mandatory to teach that mohammed married and raped a 6 yr old girl.
They want to change history altogether. I don’t think that their claim of Muslim slaves is true. Unless, maybe the slaves were forced to convert as they marched to the coasts of Africa

I think they’re just picking a fight for the drama and press coverage at the moment. No chance of getting what they want with the current State Board of Ed. It’s election year with several SBOE seats up, so they may hope to influence the outcome of some of them. Risky business that could backfire on CAIR and accrue to conservative benefit however.

Rewriting history is what evil regimes and tyrants always do. Usually they wait until they have so much power that no one can stop them, but in this case we already know they’re evil.
Can you believe that just 25 years ago these people almost destroyed our biggest cities and the seats of our government and today they are publicly and loudly demanding that we assimilate (submit) to their culture... or else.

Throughout history, genocide and ethnic cleansing has not been rare. It’s been going on for thousands of years. In the 20th century, it happened to the Armenians. No one much cared. Stalin did it in Ukraine with the Holodomor. No one much cared. Hitler did it with the Jews — and people sat up and said, “That’s awful!” (and it certainly was).
But cleansing isn’t new and it isn’t rare.
The Western world refuses to see that the modern world cannot coexist with a political system (Islam) which legalizes slavery, rape, bestiality, child brides, and domestic abuse.
Someone is going to be cleansed. It’s either us or them. The Muslims see it. It’s their game plan. It’s coming. We need to see it too. But we refuse, because we’re “nice”. And we’re going to die.
