A few decades back a comedy show had a skit about "La-Z-Boy Syndrome", where sleeper cell terrorists became so enamored with the superior aspects of American life that they totally abandoned their mission and assimilated.

We know we must have thousands of these jokers here yet what have they done?

I suspect that skit was way closer to truth than the writers thought.
