It’s Whose yer Bears!
The thing is, the new stadium will be closer to downtown Chicago, than JerryWorld is to Dallas.
Bears will never move to Indiana. This is just the art of the deal.
20 years from now, do you remember the Chicago Bears.
No
I think they actually won a Super Bowl in the 80’s? Really?
Chicago will never, ever let this happen. Bribes, payoffs, political pressure, political threats, whatever it takes— will keep them in the city.
At least they have been to a Super Bowl, unlike my team.
Giants and Jets play in New Jersey.
Not a big deal.
They can always move back to Decatur.
They will still be in the Chicago metropolitan area. This move to Indiana is no different than the Giants and Jets playing in New Jersey , or the Chiefs pending move to the Kansas suburbs of Kansas City , MO.
I still find it funny when I hear people talk about loyalty to their professional sports teams.
its all a leverage play
Owners don’t give a fig about the local fans, anymore. It’s all about the Global Audience now.
The Bears fan in Chicago will finally Become Packers. Can’t win, join them.
From one Green Bay Packer fan, come on over, it’s more fun to win.
But the Democrats who run Chicago and Illinois will find a way to mess it up.
I can only find location descriptions as ‘near Wolf Lake.’ Will it be where the corn starch plant was to the north or in the marshes near Sheffield avenue to the south?
It will be called the Indiana Bears.
Remember the St Louis Rams, or I mean Los Angeles Rams
You mean like the Arlington Cowboys?
Bears have already said if they move to Indiana, it will be the Indiana Bears
It was a hairy bear
It was a scary bear
It was a Gary Bear
